If they really didn't want the recruiter NPC to be available at all times, why wasn't a schedule posted somewhere such as the event page on the website, and why isn't it mentioned anywhere that it's not always available? It's such a weird thing to handle it like this, leaving people to wonder if there's a bug or what's going on, only to then be told it's working as intended.

I normally don't post to complain here, but I am very disappointed with the npc being unavailable for so very long. The instance was what I was most looking forward to since I only started playing in the arr beta. I never got to experience the calamity and was so happy the devs were finally giving us a chance.

So I waited all day yesterday and finally went to sleep hoping it was just a bug and that it would be here today. So much for that hope.

I have 2 kids involved in school activities and a husband to take care of. This isn't very friendly to people who cant be logged in all day waiting for the event to start for a narrow window of time.

Yeah, I'm sad and disappointed.
