    The rising recruiter appeared at 6 p.m ET on my server, next to the rising attendant.
    You can stay for an hour inside the instance, multiple fates spawn regularly, gold medal gives 20 tokens.
    In 20 minutes you'll get far all the tokens you might need.

    The rising recruiter appeared on Louisoix and Odin too. So I guess EU servers are fine now.

    Unfortunately nothing yet on Brynhildr. >_<
