Please revise the "Report RMT" function so it actually works.

The weekly illicit activity reports have been claiming that the Report RMT function can auto-mute a RMT spam bot...except it doesn't, because most of the spam bots have been getting around the chat filter it applies by breaking up their sentences with random symbols for years now. The actual report does go through and get the bots banned eventually but they get replaced so quickly that it scarcely even matters, so the auto-mute would be more valuable overall.

It would be logical to just make the function immediately auto-mute the bots if they get reported by enough players, not just if they say something the chat filter detects. A GM can easily review a potential offender's chat history to see if they said something that actually warranted its use and punish those involved if the individual was innocent.

And yes, I'm aware I could just blacklist them, but it gets annoying having to add/delete new bots from the blacklist on a daily basis, especially when they have multiple spammers active at the same time on occasion.
