Light Farming, Sleepy Boys, and Camps

If you've hit cap at Pagos and are going for your 2nd relic you've probably realized that the real grind was never XP or Pagos Crystals, and is the Frosted Protean Crystals.

Contrast to Anemos which has so far been the fastest relic stage for acquiring subsequent relics, even disregarding the NM train, this light farm is leagues worse than the Zodiac or Anima light farm, even pre-nerf.

The main problem, from what I've experienced, and besides the actual Light droprate and quantity itself, is that the most efficient way of gaining Light, from what we currently know, is by killing Frozen Void Dragons.

And that's the problem. The current idea is to chain kill Frozen Void Dragons. Unfortunately, throughout the entire map of Pagos, there's only actually ONE spot where that's feasible. By the Val Guardians and Huwasi.

"But what about the camp on the hill"

No, it doesn't work. The elevation difference makes it difficult for melees and tanks to attack the mob, and there's too much distance to consistently make 30 chains for most players.

We need more Frozen Void Dragons and in greater density. A perfect place to put more dragons is near the Mirrorknights by Hakutaku's spawn, or in the chasm near the Matamatas, or by Louhi's cave. You can even put another dragon by the Sankchinis.

Or, instead of adding more dragons, just increase the light drop rate and quantity. Or even make light guaranteed on a kill from a mob at-or-above level. Which are the easiest solutions and what most players would prefer. 2 hours of chaining Chimeras should give me a bar of light at least, but instead I'm left with half a bar. 2 days of chaining Chimeras, and I only have 3 frosty flakes. The efficiency lost from going to anything besides the sleepy bois makes it not even worth sitting in the instance if you don't get that 1 exact camp.
