I guess in your world fundamental game play changes only refers to content, not any other system. As I said, you can disagree for the sake of it all you want, overall people agreed for and wanted an overhaul to the game that was released.

Pretty sure you don't overhaul a game by adding content, you overhaul a game by fixing foundation systems, but after all, maybe in different parts of the world "overhaul" = adding more content, so I could indeed be wrong.
