i have a problem regarding the Recruit a friend

we were 2 guys planning on finding a good coop and we stumbled upon our friend who was playing Final fantasy.

he did invite us unofficially to the game and spent some of the time mentoring us early in the game, however, I came to learn later about the "recruit a friend" system and saw all the benefit he gains(and us) and felt really disappointed.

if it's possible, can the support team link me and my friend to our veteran friend please, it would be fair considering that both of us are near the max Trail level, and I am considering renewing my subscription to continue playing the game?

If you've been on the free trial, or have bought the game and are still on the initial 30 day subscription included with that purchase, you still have time. The Recruit A Friend code just needs to be entered before adding any additional subscription time (beyond what's included with the game purchase).

If that's the case, your friend can log into the MogStation and click on the "Recruit A Friend" banner there to get a code associated with his account, and then you log in to enter that code into your own account in the Mog Station.
