Hi! I hope I'm posting this in the right forum?

To get to the point, I logged into my brother's FFXIV account on my ps4 to help him out with some stuff, but I forgot to buy a token and now his account is temporarily on hold.

They sent an e-mail and pretty much has to reset his password.

The problem is his security question/answer. He was sure he knew the question and answer, but it says it wasn't what he used when he registered.

My question is, can we get locked out if we answer the question wrong again? He is certain on the question, but the annswer is iffy and we're afraid if we answer it wrong again he'll be locked out till we call customer support on Monday.
