I think another part to this is that we haven't seen direct statements indicating that trading housing plots is against the ToS. Some situations are ok, while others are not.

If infrastructure went in to support the trading SE wants players to be able to do, they could issue a statement regarding what isn't allowed and then enforce it.

Is that unrealistic? Seems like this needs to be backed by both feature and policy.

This old argument has been beaten to death so many times over, I'm not even going to get into it again. I'll just leave this here and be done with it-
