Demi could totally be added in its true form of dropping monster health by half, even if cutting hp by half was to only work outside of dungeons & trials & raids then do something different in there, it does not have to be an AoE either(I have never considered gravity as\like demi & I never will).

I think Time Mage could be a DPS role also,that way,without only having the hope of dealing enough dmgs with an LB, there could be the actual opportunity for a damage dealing job to reverse a bad outcome.

This could also teach players a thing or two.
