I like how they nuked the other thread. They gonna nuke this one too?
If you're not trying to just brush this under the rug maybe you should invest in better forum software, Square. Thread merging has been a thing since forever.

I just noticed it was nuked. Was done making dinner and came back to see this. Well, they just added fuel to the fire by bringing more attention to this outrage.

Its possible it was nuked because that one was a lot more hostile.
Theres a thread on the JP forums as well.

The other thread was overdramatic at the start and then was basically replicating the discussion being held in this one. They didn’t really need to both be running at once.

i know the event is for level 15 but it would have been nice to get them for completing the Nael fight with a minimum ilevel or something comparable since the original no longer exists.
"We want bunny suits for guys!" -- OK! ✅
"We want Ishgard housing!" -- OK! ✅
"We want Viera!" -- OK! ✅
"We want Cloud's motorcycle!" -- OK! ✅
"We want Blue Mage!"-- OK! ✅
"We want the ability to earn past Feast rewards!" - OK! ✅ to armor
"... and mounts?

I was there, but never got my White Ravens. I'm excited to get them after so long, however i understand the issues many are having. I would hate for others to get my Legacy tattoo, Chocobo, or Dalmud Horn. Make no mistake that fight was hard and those items were a status symbol that proved you went above the call to get every ounce of the game.
If the salt wouldn't drown SE i would want more rewards (mostly a way to make my Legacy Cocobo my Companion to fight along side, an upgrade to the Chocobo itself in terms of size and passenger carry limit, visual lengthening of it's wings, and option for a unique barding.)
I will always be proud to have my name in the credits of this game, to be a part of the FF series, i supported FFXIV when everyone told me not to waste my time with a dead game, i had to upgrade my computer to stupid measures just to play the game (hard to do with my limited pc knowledge back in those days...) You can say it's just a graphic, data that really doesn't matter. It mattered to me though, and even though i get to have them now i understand i didn't earn them when it counted.

I say this with all kindness, and also as someone who has the same items you do, so it’s not sour grapes on my part or anything:I was there, but never got my White Ravens. You should seek validation from something better than unavailable items in a video game. Having your name in the credits is kind of a cool novelty (I know, mine’s there too) but playing a bad video game for a couple of months isn’t really an accomplishment, and if you let yourself get bent out of shape at the thought of other people having your legacy mark or Dalamud horn, (and I’m sorry to say that based on SE’s actions there IS a nonzero chance of that happening), then you may be in for an unfortunate surprise one of these Risings.

I am afraid you didn't quite get what i was saying here. It's not about validation, FFXIV was not just a "bad video game" to me. In my heart of hearts i knew SE would make it right, because of the importance of it being a numbered FF title. It was where my friends of over a decade would meet up with me again after we left FFXI. We still get goose bumps from hearing the FF series prologue to this day.I say this with all kindness, and also as someone who has the same items you do, so it’s not sour grapes on my part or anything:

I still recall our small LS (of which i was leader) completing Living on a prayer, through the mire of what was then the Black Shroud. These memories are important to me as those people who are closer to me than some of my family members (my brother played then and still does, as does my son).
So no, it's not about validation from a game, it's about shared experience and the adventure that got us there.
