Housing furnitures vanish and unable to move them around

Steps:
1: When entering my house I run down to the basement and to the corner with food furnitures and sitting area is at, when I turn my camera around in the direction of my Tier 3 Aquarium, next to the Carbuncle table and arm chairs, I notice it's no longer there.

2: Moving over to the area the aquarium is suppose to be at it reappears again, I move away from that corner and it vanish again, then I notice the picture frames on the wall next to the stairs leading down also vanish when I move away from that part of the house.
The picture frames and aquarium also vanish if I move a few steps up the stairs.

3: After talking about my issue in FC chat, the two players I have shared my estate with show up and they get the same issue, when standing close the aquarium, picture frames is visible, when moving away it also vanish for them.
It was then my friend told me the Altar to Pazuzu tabletop furniture on the Oasis Open-Shelf Bookcase in the middle to the side in the room had the same issue, I move towards it and it will appear, move away and it vanish again.

The Altar to Pazuzu only vanish if I move towards the area with the aquarium and picture frames. If I move towards corner wall next to my Oriental Bathtub it does not vanish, neither does the aquarium but the picture frames vanish.

4: I picked up the Tier 3 Aquarium using the "Move selected Object" in Layout Mode and moved it the other side of the same room, it was then object clipping with the "Royal partition", it was then it became unable to be moved or rotated.
If I click "Move Selected Object" from Layout Mode, it cannot be targeted, I do get the sound effect that happens when you select an housing object.
I also cannot use "Rotate Selected Object" to move it, the only option that worked was "Place selected item into your storeroom".

5: When trying to place Tier 3 Aquarium in the house it will not be placed at all, only when moving my character back to the corner next to the Carbuncle table I can then place it down, but the same issue return, I cannot use Move / Rotate selected item options and they vanish again if I move my character away from them.
