2002 lobby server error when trying to log in?

Anyone else been getting this for the last hour or so? I logged off around 2am with the intent of switching to an alt, and have been getting a 2002 error ever since. I've even tried changing datacenters in case it was a problem with Aether specifically, but I can't seem to access Elemental either.

Its been happening to quite a few people for several days at least, right along with the HTTPS system errors when starting the launcher. So far the only thing I've heard is that SE's ISP (NTT) might be having some issues. They've had lots of issues in the Southwest US recently, so I wouldn't be surprised if the route even to other far-away data centers is messed up a bit.
