trying to understand what you're saying here - you're saying you can't get titan-egi? Have you progressed in the main story enough to do the Titan trial? Garuda you won't get to until around level 42 or so.

In general, there are options to interact either with the quest journal or the active quest tracker. Doing so will often pop up a map showing you where you need to go next. Although its possible that you might not have advanced the main storyline far enough to do these quests.

SMN requires you to progress MSQ. Go progress the story quests until you've cleared the Titan trial.

The same issue will come up again at level 45, when you'll need more of the MSQ done. (Most jobs just have a requirement for the level 20 Sylph-management MSQ for their initial level 30 unlock, but Summoners' Egis wouldn't make sense without having done their corresponding trials, so SMN has a couple extra points where they need to be up to date on the MSQ.)

Level 30: Austerities of Flame (SMN quest for Ifrit-Egi) requires you to have done the Ifrit trial, unlocked by the level 20 MSQ Lord of the Inferno, though this requirement was made redundant when they added the requirement for the later but still level 20 MSQ Sylph-management to all of the job unlock quests.

Level 35: Austerities of Earth (SMN quest for Titan-Egi) requires you to have done the Titan trial, unlocked by the level 34 MSQ Lord of Crags.

Level 45: Austerities of Wind (SMN quest for Garuda-Egi) requires you to have done the Garuda trial, unlocked by the level 44 MSQ Lady of the Vortex.

FYI: At 45, SMN will have two job quests, one for the first few pieces of their AF gear, and then another for Garuda-Egi. Only the second one requires the Garuda trial, so if you haven't done it yet when you reach 45, you can do the first of those job quests and get a nice gear boost before fighting Garuda. Just be aware that the next job quest is still at the same level and will be available as soon as you catch up on the MSQ.
