To late to start?

So, I just came back from a long break (from since about 4.1). I am wondering if it's to late to start eureka or much less pogos?

With as much farming I have to do, to catch up, and should be done this week, I'd only be able to start these within the week as well, and debated if its worth it.
I know doing HoH right now is a pain, because most people kill the bare minimum enemies to go to the next floor, and ignore silver/gol;d chests, despite me needing to get grips/the haircut.

PF is also useless for this.
I could run the lower floors, where ppl are a bit more interested, but then i dont get the guaranteed +1/+1/potsherd at the end.
