Best way to farm Lights as a lvl 35 in Eureka Pagos?

Other than doing lvl 40 mobs, is there a faster way? xD.

Tried training lvl 27-34 mobs, they all said they gave feeble light but the kettle bar didn't move at all.

I'm not 35 yet but I've seen groups of 35 farming Anubys for kettle and chest mutations maybe do that?

Yeah, once you hit elemental level 25, you can begin light farming for the relic weapon. Pretty sure it's needed for every Pagos step.

I still don't really know when Chimaera lvl 40 mutate, but beside those T-Rex or Anubys (both night mutate) or Amphitere (thunder mutate) should be the way to go.

After experimenting with 3 different parties: 1 with a NM Spawning group that spawned 3 NM's, took less than 1 hour; a Trex Lvl 34/35 Group that lasted an hour and a lvl 31-32 PT killing lvl 37 mobs with 2 NM's for 120 minutes.

They all gave horrible lights xD. Gained 1 frosted protean crystal today from all that xD.

Just a guess, the amount of light given is probably time based like the previous relic light grinds, and is a separate mechanic to the giant floating crystals.

The only thing I can confirm for certain is the floating giant crystals appear for a set time and circle a random section of pagos only affecting the appearance rate of mutations. In a JP group yesterday we grinded in the SE corner the crystal was circling and every 2nd mob mutated; but they only gave feeble light.

Another area in Pagos on the other hand could maybe not have the crystal circling above, but that area's mobs give higher light amounts (just at RNG chance). Or it's only X named mobs have boosted light during Y time. I can only guess though.

So when I was 32 and at the start of the week we went around killing the lvl 37/38 corpses near the gravational aetheryte. I got “newborn star” light and it filled at least 2 probably 3 bars, maybe more I wasn’t keeping track but it was a lot. And by the time we were done doing about 40 of them I had gotten 7+ light. So, so far that’s the best method ive experienced.

Chain 30 Anubys. Low level mobs you can Chain 30 quickly for Gentle Light. And Anubys mutate like crazy (guaranteed feeble light), especially during Blizzards. Got 2.5 Frosted and 11 Cold Lockboxes in one party.
