Heaven on High Problem

My group has a save in Heaven on High at level 60. But now it won't let us in, saying that one of the party members does not meet requirements.

We've checked:

Everyone has the save file
Everyone is the same class as we were before
Exactly the same players as before
We defeated the level 60 boss and didn't wipe

Can anyone help?

I thought that only applied to queuing, and not to fixed groups. (I could be wrong on that. It's been a long time since I looked at that rule.)

It still applies to fixed groups, as far as I know. Had to wait once back in Deltascape for a raid member’s penalty to go away before we could queue.

No, no one had a penalty, because when we tested if we could get in at level 1 we could.

No one disconnected at any point in the run did they? If someone disconnects on a floor, and the party progresses to the next floor with the party member still dc’d, it will invalidate the save file—at least, this was the case in PotD.

Hmm, I don't think we did, but we may have at one point and have forgotten about it. Either that or the patch did something to us.

Oh well, either way it looks like we'll have to start again.
