    Depends when you are online and what you are doing but the world is one of the least populated hence why it is classed as Preferred.

    Its pretty dead for the most part. You can do most content for the most part in Party Finder or Cross world. There are plenty of other servers to join if you dont like the smaller ones. Fingers crossed for another exodus next expansion.
