I wonder what these people would do in other MMO's or MOBA's where people will flame them hard if they keep messing up and refuse to take advice.

Probably blacklist them all until they're literally playing inside a self-inflicted echo chamber.

There are several MMO's where they wouldn't have to blacklist anyone because people communicate with others and since there are no DF like here or WoW no one would take them into a dungeon.

You guy are exaggerating OMG so dramatic.
You can’t really pretend to kick people for under performing in casual contents or that everyone need to much your standards.
And no way in casual content people can damage or greatly penalise you by under performing, maximum you need to spend 10 more minutes lol
This extreme cases of player so bad to destroy a team are so rare anyway, happens once every 50 instance.
People guys be understanding and less aggressive xD

All this can be solve in a simple manner. They don't ask you don't give. IF 3 wipes then you tell being your now being affected by incompetence and is ruining your entertainment value.

3 wipes is your line in the sand - cool, but that doesn't mean it's everyone else's. Some people might tolerate even more of their time being wasted and some less, it isn't your call.

Also waiting for someone to ask for advice is nonsense. Most people playing poorly have no idea they are doing anything wrong. If you can tell someone something that might make their time in the game more enjoyable why would you not? For fear some butthurt troll is going to make a Reddit post or an OF thread? Sorry, wouldn't matter to me.

I dunno, it depresses me to get another BLM in the party and I'm doing all of the AoE work. I'll kick people from my casual DF runs if they're being obstinate or performing so poorly towards the point that it's extremely detrimental towards the entire party and it doesn't matter which role. I don't think it's as much of a rare occurrence as you may think it is. It happens all of the time, it's just...unless you know what to look for or you're running a parser, it's much harder to openly tell. Like, I know what a BLM should be doing and what they shouldn't be doing and I can sideglance in seeing their casting bar and what they're doing out of order. It's saddening sometimes.

Likewise, I know when WAR's aren't using Overpower or Steel Cyclone, I know when a DRK isn't in Grit and yet trying to DPS a 7+ mob while the healer is a newbie, I know when a healer is panicking and healing re-actively rather than proactively...it's important to communicate and set people on the right pathways towards playing their own jobs by someone who might be more experienced....and it's ALSO important to take that advice without biting the other person's head off if they're just trying to help you and not berate or belittle you personally.

I may come off as head strong sometimes....I've been told by a lot of close friends that I tend to debate and talk very masculine for a female instead of the "ultra shy, nod your head, and never backtalk nor question others" type of girls.

Ya sorry. My standards are just way too high. I'll just assume every player from here on is a blind monkey. You've cured me. Congrats. Oh wait... I actually think in some cases a blind monkey could still do better.

Oh, and if it comes off as aggressive, to say a blind monkey would probably be a better fit, I think that just explains how much I get to see it, and how much I've tried to fix it. Then again, when I give advice in even the most polite way, most respond how I must be using a parser, how I'm the most toxic player in the community, and that I'm going to get banned because I don't pay his sub and can't tell him that Summoner has dots and a pet and more than just ruin.

For me its not about how much more time I spend in a dungeon, its about (in a sense) respect and everyone showing that they value the time of their fellow teammates.
If I see that someone is trying their best, maybe takes advice and improving or even goes so far to outright ask for it, I will never even consider kicking them. In a case like that, I'll gladly spend the full 90 minutes in a dungeon, trying to help, teach and support the best I can!
As soon as someone pulls the "I play only for (my own) fun"-card to excuse their slacky behaviour, how ever minor it might be, and shows that they dont care for the team and other peoples time that way, they're out.

Personally I dont expect to see perfection, I expect to see effort and a sense of awarness of the fact that you're not playing this game alone but with 3/7/23 other people. If you dont want to give them the courtesy of your best effort, why should they (want to) play with you? Why should they care for someone who made it clear that they dont care for them?

Its not about the dungeon taking 5, 10 or 30 minutes longer, its the attitude behind whats leading to this how people are gonna take it - is it someone struggeling, trying their best, listening to advice? Or is it just someone with a "lol, I just play for fun, you dont pay my sub!"-attitude? Or is it someone whos not reacting to anything thats said at all, so that you suspect them to be a bot? (I had that happen a few times - people absolutly oblivious to what they needed to do, not responding to anything. If they ultimately dont respond to "Are you a bot?", I'll remove them)
I assure you that most people arent going to mind the first kind - the seond one however...

But no i'm not exaggerating, there are enough games where this would happen if these people would act like that because most communities are not as special as the ff community and their dungeons are not just braindead and blind running throughs like here.
I've learned over the years that it is useless to give people any advice because they won't listen 90% of the time because i don't pay their subs and because of that they can go and waste my time in every dungeon, trial or raid since they are the only ones who pay a sub, the others are just stupid npc's.

No one expects perfect gameplay but people should be able to press more buttons than just 1,2,3 otherwhise they could also put a trained monkey infront of a screen...who would probably press more buttons....
