So im assuming youre referring to this hairstyle. There are two ways to get that in game. You can either go to the dungeon it comes from, or you can buy it from someone who did. As for that dungeon, itll be a little while before you can go personally - the requirements to get inside include finishing some level 60+ quests(also requires clearing the first 50 floors of Palace of the Dead - something you could start working on whenever you wanted as the requirement for that is much lower). I dont have a character on Siren, so i dont know how expensive the hairstyle currently is. You can check the market board yourself anytime in game(search for Modern Aesthetics and itll show you all the tradable hairstyles). Best of luck!
