By putting RP on the door you effectively force others to adhere to anything RP. Example: One would have to listen to you RP in parties, Shouts, Say and even in my tell. Of all the RP servers I've been on in other MMOs, the RP was never enforced, the majority did not RP, and the players I've observed, did not give the impression they were pressured into RP when presented by an RPer.
