I'd add to that. With the train, a lot of players would have no option but to AFK. Why? Because it would be detrimental to split into too many trains, so it's inevitable that all trains will kill the adds before more can spawn. And then only so many people could hit the adds before they died. A lot of people like to tell AFKers to go spawn other NMs, but then they'd complain when that NM spawned and they were a map away, killing another NM, so people just stayed AFKing. But unlike most content in the game, so long as not everyone in the instance did it, it was a victimless crime.
