You mentioned that you can run the game in windowed mode, correct? If you start the game in windowed, then switch to fullscreen, do you have the same issue? This still only happens on exit (for DX11) correct? You aren't getting this error while trying to play, correct?

Can you submit a Final Fantasy XIV system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'

It's only upon closing the game. If the game's not in full screen mode when I close it, there's no error. We've been running it in borderless windowed mode lately.
