How would I go about getting this music roll from the Mystic Basin? My FC has been trying to acquire it for a while now, but they seem stumped as to what method is good to obtain it and I haven't been able to find much information.

I've seen a screenshot of someone getting it with a Rank S exploration, but the guy in our FC who manages that says he always gets Rank C when he sends the sub out. How do you improve that?

What kind of stats does your submarine have? You need a good surveillance stat (I think it was 90 minimum, 100+ better) to even have a chance at the good stuff. After that it's all up to RNGesus' generousity.

By building better parts for your submarine - you'll need to build those (check which ones give you a bonus for surveillance) in the workshop and you might have to rank up your sumbarine to be able to equip the better parts. The higher the rank, the more capacity the sub has. Play around a bit with the parts you've got to find a suitable build for your needs!
