just like the title, i wonder why there is no leveling 60-70 Roulette. i mean they have a 50-60 one. but nothing for someone leveling though stormblood.

There is a 70 roulette, but you may not have unlocked it yet.
The 50-roulette and 60-roulette used to be separate, but where combined into one when Stormblood was released.
I expect that when the next expansion rolls out, the 70 and 50-60 roulettes will be combined into a single 50-60-70 roulette.
i see, so the leveling dungeons in HW and SB were just thrown in with the leveling dungeons in ARR. I wish they would work on their leveling roulette better as it seems that there are more times that I wish to count where i have been with a party of 51+ people and we are stuck on copperbell mines for our leveling roulette.
The experience bonus at the end of the roulette is based on the difference in level between you and the duty though, so getting a low-level dungeon doesn't make much of a difference in the overall amount of xp you get.
The only time this is "inaccurate" (in the fact that the boost you get at the end doesn't make up for the difference in levels) is when you get a primal in your leveling dungeon roulette, there's still a "huge" bonus but nothing compared to what you would even get if it was anyone of the opening dungeons.
I don't know but god I wish they bumped those 5 62-68 dungeons to 70 and re-balance them for "hard" lol
The 50/60 roulette is for the level 50 and 60 dungeons (which to my knowledge previously didn't even grant exp?), which are also largely optional content. What you want, as pointed out, is leveling roulette, which contains the dungeons one would encounter while leveling up to the respective caps.
I'm pretty sure it still scales to the difference. It's just a much lower amount because trials tend to be much shorter than dungeons. The only time this is "inaccurate" (in the fact that the boost you get at the end doesn't make up for the difference in levels) is when you get a primal in your leveling dungeon roulette, there's still a "huge" bonus but nothing compared to what you would even get if it was anyone of the opening dungeons.
