Don't be greedy, never stay infront of him (This gives you more time to react when you see him spinning towards you), keep yourself topped and as a SCH, don't forget to spread Adlos off your fairy.

I play from the uk on a us server and while the latency makes this harder I know as a Rdm I can get two casts off and then move preemptively to avoid him most of the time, though still quite difficult and a pain when hit 5 miles to his left or right

He is a random fight but once you get the feel for it it becomes a lot easier
