Thank you! I'm sure most of us were expecting this to be permanent, but it is very nice to have it explicitly said that it will be.

There are a couple little details that could use some tweaking over time, since it's permanent. I would say as a minimum add the carving sound effect to gathering the reward items after the trial, or better yet add the carving animation as an emote and use it with that interaction.

As blunt and rude as that sounds, it's the best advice.

Keep an eye on who it's targeting, and watch his animations.

Tell your healers to stay behind him as much as possible. 2nd phase all attacks are in front of him. so long as youre somewhat behind him you'll be fine. mistakes will still happen however.... and you just need to accept that. it's a difficult fight, though not an impossible one.
