Lower levels are often getting shunned in the train now. People are impatient and start killing NMs at the 27-minute mark. Since it can take a good five minutes for a sub-30 to reach anything on the north side of the map, if you don't stick with the train, you're not getting EXP. There have been tons of angry shouts between the different level disparities.

People that are high or maxed out now leveled on the southern half of the map, until their elemental level was high enough.
