Need a help with the "A recurring problem" quest

Hello,
I am near to finish the first expansion but I need to do some quests to go on with my main.

I am having a bad problem with this quest named A Recurring Problem, atm. I need to talk to Minfilia in the Walking Sands or I cannot accept/see the quest I need but this npc is in another place.

I have searched everywhere on the internet but I cannot find any solution to bring back that girl in the right location to start this quest T.T

So i know this has come up before, and i dont remember for sure what the solution was(or if there were multiple depending on what exactly the problem was). So it sounds like youve followed the MSQ to the point where the scions team(most of them) move out of the Waking Sands and into the Rising Stones. If you never grabbed this quest from Minfilia, its possible(i would even think likely) that you can still find a copy of her sitting in her office in Waking Sands waiting to give you this quest - even though her story missions are now coming from a new place entirely. And i know one person who came here with the issue had actually already started or finished the quest in question, and just never did the steps afterwards that were necessary. So i would say check her original spot and see if theres a quest there, check your quest journal completed tab and make sure this one isnt already in there(and although its super obvious, make sure it isnt just sitting in your journal waiting for you to do the next step either). And try talking to Urianger in Waking Sands. Once you talk to Minfilia, he takes over the quest and sends you out after Ifrit(hard). Thats another thing to look at, can you que for Ifrit, Garuda or Titan hard modes? If so, youve done the quests and just need to clear some of these fights to move forward.

And you may need to go all the way there to check. Since there's an instance boundary when entering the Waking Sands, quest icons may not show up on the Western Thanalan map.
