Limsa Lominsa graphic problem?

I don't recall noticing this till now and to me it seems wrong. It's during fair skies in limsa lominsa

I've attached 2 images showing the weird graphic change. One image is pure white and looks like invisible blinding textures, is this the same for everyone or is something wrong?

Looks like Limsa to me - mine looks the same.

Good morning and thank you for posting on the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

It looks like the game is adjusting to the lighting cast on your character. When you stand in the shade, it increases the exposure so you can see in the darker areas better. When you step into the sunlight, it lowers the exposure so it's not blown out like in your first picture.
