Stuck on Loading Screen after Character selction

I'm having almost the same problem except that I can load my character, chat window, menu fine except the buildings. Instead of loading the buildings, it's only a black screen. No problem with the connection either. I have uninstalled, delete config and the problem still exists

Trying to send an enquiry from the contact page many times and it keeps having error message saying 'Failed to send, There may be a technical problem'

Maybe you somehow "lagged" through the floor and are now stuck there. Did you try to teleport/return right after logging in? If you can't you should let the customer support try to reposition you.

Yes, you're right! Somehow I was stuck inside the wall. After I hit return, everything is back to normal. Thank you!!
