Need a help with the "A recurring problem" quest

Hello,
I am near to finish the first expansion but I need to do some quests to go on with my main.

I am having a bad problem with this quest named A Recurring Problem, atm. I need to talk to Minfilia in the Walking Sands or I cannot accept/see the quest I need but this npc is in another place.

I have searched everywhere on the internet but I cannot find any solution to bring back that girl in the right location to start this quest T.T

You don't need to do anything to move her, she appears there if you haven't done the quest yet. What's more likely is that you've completed the quest already, and have reached a later step in the questline. Go to the Completed list in the quest journal and check out "Chronicles of a New Era", open the drop-down menu and sselect "Primal Quests" to see which steps you've done already.

you're right. I checked my competed quest list and the one I need was right there. I'm so dumb
