Need help!! what does this mean? i'm having high pings and lags since 4.25

I did the tracert, which i see on the forums, but i dont exactly know what it means. Contacted SE support, and tried a few options which they gave but none of them works.
this is what the 'tracert 195.82.50.44' looks like right now.

    Trace complete.

Wired Connection and I am playing from PC.
I'm playing from Chaos (Omega), my ping or ms when i first started was 140-160 ms, which was okay, but after 4.25 and beyond, ping goes higher and higher upto the point my ping at some point is 302, which i found out from resource monitor.

I tried other games like League Of legends in EUW server my ping was normally 130-150 even now. SE said it has got to do with my internet connection, i dont think that's true since my ping was 'okay' when i first started. I'm playing from India atm.

it's really annoying, raiding gets really hard where sometimes u die to "SAINTLY BEAMS" on O5s Raid.

Ok, so ill just copy paste all the suggestion they have suggested it to me.
    this is the first one
'Please ensure that UPnP is disabled. To do this, please follow the steps below:

    - Close the game completely
    - Access: Documents\My Games\FINAL FANTASY XIV - A Realm Reborn
    - Open FFXIV.cfg in NotePad
    - Find <Network Settings>
    - Change UPnP 1 to UPnP 0
    - Save

If you can launch the game are experiencing a lot of lag or frequent disconnections, then please go to the main menu of the game and from there go to the Data Centre menu. Please choose a different data centre, confirm the selection, then switch back to the one you normally use.

If the issue persists after this, we need to investigate your connection issues further and kindly ask you to generate a system report by following these steps:

    1. Press and hold the Windows-Key on your keyboard and then press "R". Type msinfo32 and click "OK".
    2. Once the System Information tool has booted up completely, click on "File" > "Save" and save the file on your desktop and name it "msinfo.nfo".
    3. Please do NOT use the "Export" function, because it will generate a text file and we need a "nfo" file instead.
    4. Send the msinfo.nfo file to SEE_Support@ptw-i.com with your ticket number 8330304 in the subject line
    5. Reply back to this email here and let us know if you have performed the steps provided in this email and confirm that you have sent the file to the above email address

Please accept our sincerest apologies for the difficulties that you are having with the game. We hope that we can find and rectify the cause of the problem with the help of a system report of your computer. We thank you for your continued patience and cooperation in this matter.'

"The first thing to do would be to try connecting your computer to your router directly using a wired cable if you are using wireless internet and then ensuring that the correct ports have been forwarded on your router. You can find out more about forwarding ports on the site www.portforward.com. you should be able to follow the instructions on that site to forward the correct ports that FINAL FANTASY XIV: Online needs and you will not download any additional software from that site as it is not necessary. To find the instructions for your specific router:

    - go to https://portforward.com/ports.htm
    - select Final Fantasy XIV from the list
    - select the make of your router
    - Select the model
    - close the advertisement
    - you will then be provided with instructions on how to forward ports for XIV on their device

If that does not help you can try changing some of your computer's DNS settings by following these steps :

    - Go to the Control Panel
    - Click Network and Internet > Network and Sharing Center > Change adapter settings
    - Rightclick on the connection you are using and select Properties
    - Under the Networking tab you will see a long list of available options
    - Scroll down and doubleclick on Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)
    - Select 'Use the following DNS server addresses'

    1.)Preferred DNS server > 8 . 8 . 8 . 8
    2.)Alternate DNS server > 8 . 8 . 4 . 4

    - Click OK"

    3rd one
We would like you to try the following steps to see if these can help your situation:

1.) Renew your IP address and DNS:

    - Please press windows key + r
    - Type cmd.exe then hit return
    - Type ipconfig /release then hit return
    - Type ipconfig /flushdns then hit return
    - Type ipconfig /renew then hit return

2.) Add the game to the exception rules in your firewall and security software, so that the game is not being blocked by this software. If you are unsure about how to do this, you can alternatively disable this software temporarily.

3.) If you are using a VPN or proxy service, please stop doing so and deactivate it.

    4.) Restart your network equipment:

    - Plug off your router from the power outlet on the wall
    - Wait 2 minutes
    - Plug the router back in

5.) Rename the settings folder of FFXIV:

    C:\Users\*Username*\My Documents\My Games\Final Fantasy XIV

We recommend that you simply add the word "Backup" to the end, like this:

    C:\Users\*Username*\My Documents\My Games\Final Fantasy XIV Backup

6.) Please go to the main menu of the game and from there go to the Data Centre menu. Please choose a different data centre, confirm the selection, then switch back to the one you normally use.

We hope this is helpful! If you continue to have connection issues, simply reply back to this email and we will investigate further!

Another one 'We would recommend that you temporarily remove any programs from your PC that would effect your connection, that would include torreting programs and Akamai NetSession Interface. We would also advise you to temporarily disable any antivirus or anti-malware programs to see fi that makes a difference.

If none of those steps help we would recommend contacting your ISP so they can look into the matter further. As there does not appear to be any issues with the servers at the moment that would cause the problem and if it just started without you changing any settings on your PC it is very likely the issues is with your connection/ISP
    Kind regards,

The Square Enix Support Centre team'

Thank you for the update alexireaper.

Based on your trace route, it does look like you are having some trouble with your ISP or there is some connection troubles around your area. You missed a few pings on hop number 4 and there is a spike in the return time at hop number 9, while it is still in India. After that there's the usual ~110ms jump that happens when you hit a node in Europe. It looks like the issue stems from before you reach the European network. This can happen even if you haven't had issues like this before. You are likely running into some sort of congestion with the route you are taking. Unfortunately, that isn't something either of us can control.

I'd suggest contacting your ISP and see if they can assist you in any way.

We hope we can be of assistance in helping you enjoy the exciting world of Final Fantasy XIV!
