btw, anyone know what the player capacity for a server is? There may not be a point to this mass panic if they can hold say 5000-10000 ppl. (I remember Fairy was a smaller server in XI and it had around 2300.)

the way i will answer people for now on is "we haven't 100%decided, but i hear a lot of Mysidia is going to server 3"

I do what I must. In all honesty I don't understand why someone would avoid a server because they don't want to see 1 player.

But on topic... yes I am following the Mysidian train to 3. I know so many people on the server from the beginning and would hate to not be seeing familiar faces again in a month.

Firstly, Grim, your signature fits you to a tee and is hilarious beyond words.

Second, I agree that we should all head in the same direction. There is nothing more awesome than cross-linkshell chatting because people are all in the same shells. That just shows how tight-nit we are as a community. I'm sure everyone would like to keep that bond with everyone we've met so far and moving to a server with the whole of the community would be a good choice. If Server 3 will house everyone, then I hope that everyone (including my LS) moves in that direction. Though, I do fear that Server 3 will fill up pretty fast.

I do wonder how big of a "server cap" we're working with though. If they cut it down from 18 servers to 10, then I'd suppose that they made the capacity of each "World" bigger. Or so one would hope.

I think the server caps are most liekly in the 5-6k range if i recall from launch (I know they are at least 3k+). But yeah all aboard the 3sidia Train! And where did you find this info good sir of an auto merge?

NP, ive been following Reinherts translations for any news regarding unofficial JPN server migrations as those servers would fill fast(wanted to make sure 3 was not one of them, seems as though 5 might have been) then i found this translation instead.
