What is your favorite side quest chain? Come share

Figured I'd change it up a little bit, go with something a bit lighter hearted. I want to know what's your favorite side quest chain. This came up just recently, just happened to come across the 'Tales of the Dragonsong War' side quests, and I must say, these side quests are definitely my favorite because the theme of them is remembrance. So what are your favorite side quest chains? Anything that is considered a side quest and is part of a chain of them would be welcome here.

While I enjoyed the Hilli-quests and was a real fan of the Theologikum-questline (even though I regret not saving all of them to do them one after another, without months of breaks in between), they seem to obvious as a choice.
Same probably goes for Coil - and I'm not sure if you'd consider that a real sidequest-chain, because, well... its Coil.

So I'll pick one that really stuck with me and is one of the less prominent ones, I'd say: "Caught in the Act" and the follow up quests.
For anyone who doesnt remember questnames: its the one that you can pick up at level 56 in The Pillars in Ishgard and it tells the story of that little thief-girl, whos basically just stealing to survive. She tells you how she wants to go to the Sea of Clouds to make a living there and you're trying to help her... only to come back later to find a guard standing at her place, telling you how she froze to death and handing you her belongings that you take to the sea of clouds eventually. I kept that gemstone that you get as final reward in my inventory until I found a piece of gear that needed it - I'm not into RP at all, but using it for that felt a bit like "honouring" her memory after all. I'm still thinking twice today before I throw a Larimar to the ground because it always reminds me of that quest that I apperiacted so much because it really showed whos suffering in that Dragonsong War instead of just showing us goinf out there, fighting all the primals and coming back to characters who might have their own worries, obviously, but also food on the table and a warm bed to sleep in (so to speak).

I also enjoyed a lot of quests in the Azim Step - Merchant for a Day was especially fun, but I'm not sure if you'd count any of that as quest-chain...

I really liked the following up side characters element of the post moogle quests I really liked getting quests that took some time to go back and look over NPCs and give them a bit more life.

Hildebrandt in version 1 was pretty good and the Coil series from post relaunch. Other than that I cant think of anything that's been to exciting. Maybe the Sahagin and Vath beast tribe stories, although like all beast tribes they feel a but incomplete. Crystal Tower definitely wasn't bad either, it was the best of the 24 man raid stories by leaps and bounds.

I always just skip and don't read any of the regular side quests that are made into a series just to tell a story, like the miquote huntress series in the forelands.

The most disappointing by far was the Warring Triad and so far Omega has rivaled it for disappointing.

I'm not sure it's my favorite, but the questline leading up to the Hauchy emote broke my heart so it deserves a mention

The ARR Hilidbrand chain, and the Postmoogle quests are probably my favourites.
The first because it is so hilarious, the second because of all the lore and background information it gives.

ARR Hildibrand for sure. HW Hildibrand wasn't bad, but SB Hildibrand is currently kind of dull. It feels like they're just going through the motions, rather than reinventing the magic of the first chain.

I would go for either the WAR or NIN 60+ SB job quests. Yes they had some serious elements to them, but they had the humour that we probably haven't really seen since the older Hildibrand quests. It was just refreshing to have job quests that weren't so uptight all the way through you know.

Allied Beast Tribe Quests from Heavensward played with my feelings. I loved the sense of friendship and teamwork put on the dialogues and cutscenes.
