XIVDB admin stepping down

Hey all, just doing my usual nightly run through the web, and I came across the news that the admin/developer for XIVDB is stepping down. I am not sure about some, but I do know a lot of folks, myself included, used this site for the valuable information that could be found there, especially for my DoH/DoL jobs. I don't know who or what ZAM is that will be taking over, but just posting this for the folks who do use xivdb often.

I often use Garlond Tools over XIVDB. Its especially useful for tracking leve quests while I was crafting.

Garlond is another one of those sites I use, especially when I want to find out what glamour NPCs have.

ZAM are doing a great job with WoWHead so there is no worries to have. The site will be in good hands.

WoWhead, the site that sucks bandwidth like no tomorrow with it's sketchy ads providers... yep, no worries there.

WoWHead is great except for the ads, but as long as you run a decent adblocker you don't have to worry.

I have an adblocker and all it did was turn the ads into WoW-related stuff as opposed to getting rid of them. IDK if I'm doing something wrong...it takes so long for pages to load on WoWhead with my crappy internet regardless that I hope XIVDB doesn't go the same way.
