in FFXI it was done ingame by a npc but in ffxiv look like a page just have to wait and see for more info.I would like some clarification - is this transfer process something that you perfom online somewhere in the Square Enix Account Management system? We have some LS members that have said they may either be away on holiday or be without their personal computer for a while and unable to log onto a client. If it can be done anytime, anywhere it owuld mean those people don't have to worry about being moved somewhere else.
