    Unable to transfer top another world

    A few friends pulled me back into the game but I cannot transfer to from Louisoix to Zodiark.

    I am aware that the 2 main causes could be. After re activating my service account I have to wait 72 hours

    Or I am within the 90 day transfer limit, I doubt it is this one since my subs show I last played between 07/2017-near Christmas.

    Could you confirm why I am unable to transfer, I will include a link to a screenshot.

    Apologies for the typo in the title, not used to the mechanical keyboard. I have tried to explain the issue with support they were not helpful at all

    Sorry if you did this, but just to absolutely sure, did you hit "confirm" after selecting Zodiark? (the button level with Zodiark)

    It seems that the "current world" combobox is not loading. Like worldofneil said before you need to click confirm after selecting the destination world to update it.

    You only need to wait 72 hours to transfer a newly created character. You get the warning messages after you select the destination/current worlds.
    If the problem is the 90-days limit you'll see this message:

    The above poster is correct, you do need to hit 'Confirm' after selecting the destination world in order for the second selection to load. As for whether your account or character is eligible for a world transfer, that goes beyond the scope of this forum. You will need to contact the Square Enix Support Center for further information regarding your account.
