GM Zeigunav deserves a raise and a gift basket

I just got off the line with them on an issue where I unfortunately had to escalate a concern regarding another GM. Zeigunav was professional, courteous, kind, and very understanding regarding my slower typing speed. They took the time to make sure I was done expressing my concerns before closing the line, and they helped tell me what information I needed to provide them so my concerns could be properly addressed. My experience with them today has set the standard for MMO GM behavior. I really mean what I say in the post title, they deserve the recognition! (I can even spring for the gift basket.)
