    Se in 4.x: People feel War is really weak raid utility wise.
    Also SE: BUFF EM. BUFF THE HELL OUT OF EM. MAKE INNER RELEASE MORE FACEROLL. MAKE SHAKEITOFF LIKE DIVINE VIEL... :THINKING: BUT YOU DONT HAVE TO PROC IT AND ALSO IT CAN GET RID OF RAW INTUITION AND ADD MORE SHIELDING!!!!!!:!:!:!!
