I'm on Leviathan, and as of 7/26 I started experiencing very choppy gameplay as soon as I logged in. I haven't changed any graphics or display settings, and didn't do any driver updates either. Game ran smooth as silk prior to the issues starting to happen.

Is this a known issue? Result of a result hot fix that hasn't been posted?
