Server Merge Solution: How we, as a community, can resolve this dilemma

You guys bore me. The more small chunks that decide to move servers the better. The more big chunks you guys try to create the more your fake problems become reality.

The simple fact of the matter is that the way the merge is proposed WILL lead to some people not being able to play with some of the friends they have made in the game. Why they cannot simply merge the less populated servers together rather than have a situation where people will be exiled from the community they are a part of is beyond me.

I'm basing all this information on threads within each server's world forum, so it's far from definitive as some of them only have a few people weighing in.

That is certainly looking ok so far. Cornelia and Lindblum might get a capacity issues unless they all move quick, but that's what this time to talk is all about.

A lot of Lindblum is considering 5, not 1. The major shells at least are. Also 5 is the most popular among the JP community based on their poll. I'd be more worried about world 5 filling up quickly.

That being said, it seems Merge option 2 is back on the table on the dev-side so we'll see how things play out when they decide next week.

Ok, edited it to move Lindblum to server 5. I almost put them down on both lastnight because they were split on threads. The 1indblum thread had more views and replies so I wend there instead. It does seem as if some of the larger shells are picking 5, but there seems to be a little debate about room because 5 seems popular with some JP.
