They make a significant difference, though sadly at the moment I'm largely considered a solo player, and most unfortunately this is not out of decision either. But most of my friends simply don't play any more, and finding friends with mutual outlooks is nigh impossible. Where I want a normal discussion or friendly talk, the majority of people I know or come across either immediately want to talk about how terrible their roulette run was, or whatever other complaints they might have. I would transfer servers and find more friends, but frankly that's a bit of a risk. But hey, if anything I still have my love and addiction for grinding.
