Recompense officer issue continued

I did participate in the moonfire faire event with the one piece swimsuits, then the one with the yukatas, and then the one with the faire joys. Yet only the swimsuit one is available at the officer. Any help would be appreciated.

Steps:
1. Approach the NPC and select "moonfire faire items"
2. That screen is empty
3. The Moonfire faire items are under "moonfire faire II" and the actual moonfire faire II items are nowhere to be found.

"Moonfire Faire Items" contains items from the first couple of years. If you did not do the event during those years, it will be empty because you have not earned any of the items. "Moonfire Faire Items II" contains items from the last four events at the moment.

You need to get the achievement of the event to unlock the gear on the recompense officer.
Just participating in the event or getting the gear during the event doesn't unlock it you need to progress the event quest far enough to get the achievement.
