About Relinquish Land, and buy it as FC house

Hi, i am a land owner, witch was buyed as private plot, but now i am a FC Leader and reached rank 6, i searched about and find out that there is no way to change the land type from private to FC, all you can do is relinquish the land and re-buy it as FC
My question is, i will be able to re-buy the land after relinquish or it will enter the random timer thing? And if i relocate my state i will be able to re-buy the opened plot?

(sorry for my bad english, and please only answer this thread if you have any similar experience or have 100% sure about the information you are sharing)

The best thing to do is buy a small plot as a fc house, then relocate your personal to a diff plot or just relinquish and then relocate the fc plot to the space that you want. If your fc does not currently have a house then you will have to deal with the timer once your plot is freed, and there's no guarantee that you'll be able to get it before someone else grabs it.

Right now the only way to skip the random timer is using the moving feature.

If your FC doesn't have a land you won't be able to buy right after relinquish. You could buy any small FC plot to move to your private plot like Tsubaki75 said but Shinryu is a congested server so probably no easy open plots avaliable. With the suspension of the housing demolition timer on japanese servers it's even harder to find open plots unless someone leaves the server.

I guess the best option is to keep your private house and wait for new wards to buy your FC plot since SE gives priority to free companies. Good luck!
