    Can't transfer worlds

    I'm trying to transfer an account from one server to another. I can't get past the payment option because I get an error when entering my credit card. So I tried to buy something from the mogstation, same thing, so I changed my sub to standard but it won't take the payment either. Is there an issue with the payment taking company?

    Errors 401 and then 406

    Confirmed with my bank that my cards are NOT blocked.
