Interactive Item Menu

We need another sub-menu, like "item colors", which is "item adjustment". This is where you'd adjust any housing items that are actually not interactive (i.e. I don't want to randomly click on my partition and change the paper when I'm not in housing mode, and I don't just change the fish on a daily basis), and wallpaper partitions, picture frames/easels, fish, vases, light angles (not on/off), etc. would go into it.

It would at least help lighten the load on the "interactive item limit" somewhat.
