Then you would see that people have stated that is more then likely for all EU and not only tagged as French and German. ^^; (Translation mistake, etc etc)

I guess you were right in the end.

I will move to world 10 and hope for the best. Worst case it will have a low population but attract many new EU players at the re-launch.
