    Storm's Path Vs. Storm's Eye

So I was looking at my War abilities and I noticed Storm's Eye. It appears to be a combo action following Maim. At first this caused some confusion since I've already unlocked Storm's Path which is also a follow up to Maim. But I see there are a few difference between the two.

Path increases Beast Gauge by 20 while Eye by 10.
Eye increases damage dealt by 10% while Path restores some health.

Now I suppose There are supposed to be pros and cons to each but in my honest opinion Storm's Eye immediately looks superior. If I'm missing anything please let me know.

Ps. What the bloody hell is Raw intuition?! Guaranteed parries with the risk of guaranteed crits seems incredibly lop sided. Can awareness negate the crit debuff caused by this?

Use the one that applies the dmg buff, then use the one which heals and increases gauge more. Return to the buff combo path when its effect duration is ending to refresh the buff, don't need to keep using that one while the effect is still active. Yes awareness can negate the crit from sides of intuition.

Eye give you a Buff and path give you more gauge with means more fell cleaves/inner beast that are you top damage skills, apply the Buff of eye and then generate gauge like there ins't a tomorrow, use eye again when the Buff its gonna end.

Raw intuition give you 100% parry on you front and get critical hits if you are being hit by you flank and rear, awaranes negate this flaw yes, have fun.

It looks like you're still leveling so it might not all make sense at the moment. To expand on what Shao mentioned, Warrior has 3 combo chains: Butcher's Block, Storm's Eye, Storm's Path. The main Warrior rotation consists of Eye>Path>Path combo chains. Butcher's Block is mainly for threat and at high level you won't use it much (if going for parses then not at all).

Ideally you maintain the 10% damage buff from Eye and use Path in between for beast gauge generation.

Raw Intuition is an interesting CD. As others have mentioned it can be paired with the Awareness role action to negate the critical damage. But also, it's only useful on physical damage - you can't parry magic based attacks - just something to keep in mind for the future.

I find that timing when to reapply Storm's Eye is basically when the buff has 10 or less seconds. Technically, it only takes 7 seconds to reapply, but if you have to throw in an IB/FC, that's an extra GCD it'll take.

Also have to reapply it unnaturally in certain savage fights where I'm going to have to sacrifice uptime for mechanics.

Amazing. I never noticed that Path added more to the gauge.

You may be the "newbie Warrior", Transient, but you sure as hell taught me something - and when SB dropped, I got Warrior to 70 first.
