We <<Angel>> Angels of Justice are always looking for social relaxed players to have fun with on events, raids or whatever.
We own 2 mansions, one for our FC and one private one for FC event use. Our FC has been here for years, but we've been trying to increase activity.
So far we've been successfull in this mission but not satisfied yet, we want to have even more fun. We could just recruit more players..
But we realised that if we combined forces with other FC's.. events with gil prizes could potentially be easier to carry (since everyone's gil share would decrease).
We however do not force any ally to join gil prized events. We also do non gil events such as raids or mountfarms. So the choice is up to you.
Leaders of FC's will also be leaders on our event server!

We however have seperated our FC server to be used by other FC's aswell.
This basicly means their members can only see the event channels to avoid close social contact if a leader is against it.
Full access to the channel can be shared if a leader isn't concerned. We all want the best for our FC and we respect yours.

But in our case we were hoping to improve social behavior by giving our members more friends to play with. Issue being some players just want to play the game/story and don't realy care for raids or any of the made up events we do for fun. Some of us are simply bored of current content and we try to delay that boring feeling till the next patches to keep our mind off it So we don't see an issue tracking people that are also bored in the hopes that we could have fun together

To give you an idea, this is what a leader will see, in reality we have almost 3x as much channels... but like mentioned earlier, no one will actualy see those unless given permission.

Crewmembers can assign members to teams, showing a hidden voicechat and a text channel that only their team can see. And ontop of that a hidden text channel that is shared with all teams (in case of a riddle event for example).
On the allied server, your FC members will be assigned a color that resembles at least one color of your FC emblem, if you rather have the secondary color of your emblem or another shade, you should be able to adjust that yourself.
(since members would be mixed, it would make it easy to know who belongs to what FC when the server becomes more active, so we advice you don't use similar colors).
