-FC chest at the jeweled Coezier in Ishgard.

-Remove the blanket style nature of FC permissions. The power of Permissions should be controlled by ranks. Example: If a Low ranking FC member has dismiss permission, they can dismiss anyone below them but cannot dismiss a player equal too or above their own rank.
Note: I have limited promote/demote,rank settings and few others to myself and co-lead for safety.
